SAL ROSAMILIA
GOALKEEPER COACH
Rosamilia was a two-time captain and 1st Team All-State selection while playing at Kearny (NJ) High School. He went on to have a prolific college career at Columbia University where he was a four-year starter, team captain and was named All-Ivy, All-Region, and All-America in 1990.
His playing career led him to play for the likes of the Greek Americans, Fort Lauderdale Strikers (American Professional Soccer League), Clifton Stallions, New York Fever (league now known as United Soccer League), as well as being a Major League Soccer (MLS) contracted player in 1995.
Rosamilia served as a personal goalkeeper coach for former United States National Team, MLS and former New Jersey Ironmen goalkeeper Tony Meola from 1989-2005. He has further served as an assistant and goalkeeper coach at his alma maters of Kearny High School and Columbia University. He has also remained very active in the local New Jersey community over the years by conducting various soccer camps.
Rosamilia, who also does broadcast commentary for the Ironmen, currently resides in West Orange with his wife, Karyn, and their two children, Gabriella and Nico.
